About: 
Her design is based on the concept "red blood drops on pure white snow". Although in this case the red isn't blood but rather Camellia japonica, a flower that blooms in winter (typically between January and March).

Personality: 
Very quiet, graceful and elegant, but zones out and gets lost in her thoughts easily. Also really, really cheap - essentially the living incarnation of Scrooge McDuck.

Design Notes:
  The flowers on her front hooves are distributed asymmetrically (one hoof has more flowers than the other)
  Back hooves have no flowers. 
  The flower crown is also tilted on her head asymmetrically.
  Her eyes are blue like her gem and pond, but slightly darker. See the reference sheet
  Haircut is long asymmetrical bangs. Kind of like this, but longer.
